EnVision Design + Engineering is a civil engineering firm with an emphasis on design.

We seek to make your environment- whether commercial, retail, industrial, medical, educational, or public- a unique design, not just minimally engineered to be functional.

Doug Skiles, PE, LEED-AP, Envision Design + EngineeringDouglas L. Skiles, PE, LEED AP

Doug has served in the land development and construction field for more than 20 years, which has given him a broad perspective of the industry.  Most recently, the focus of his work has included community development and sustainability.

His involvement in projects starts by working with the design team and owner to plan the site for optimal position of the building, access and infrastructure.  Design elements include driveway and parking geometry, grading and stormwater management, and utility services.  Careful attention is given throughout the process to understand the overall function of the facility to ensure a fully integrated solution.
